Anime Squadron Beginner Guide — First Hour

Conservative EA launch plan: codes first, find one carry, upgrade that carry, hold Perfect Cubes until the unit proves itself.

Redeem every active code
Join Roblox, open Codes (left menu), redeem all 9 codes. Rejoin if any fail on an old server.
Summon for a carry candidate
Use Gems from codes to summon. Pick the unit that changes your next wave — not necessarily the rarest pull.
Push waves until a real wall
Play story waves until you hit a stage that actually fails. That wall tells you what to upgrade next.
Upgrade the carry first
Spend Gold on one damage unit before spreading levels across the whole squad.
Hold rare reroll materials
Keep Perfect Cubes and bulk Trait Shards until your keeper unit is confirmed. Reroll one carry, test, then stop.

Story Waves

Location: Main progression

Rewards: Gold, Gems, unlocks, Player XP

Tip: Default mode for finding your first carry and testing upgrades.

Boss Challenges

Location: Boss menu

Rewards: High-value Gold/Gems, trait materials

Tip: Bring burst DPS (Madora, Gometa) once wave clears are stable.

Co-op Play

Location: Multiplayer lobby

Rewards: Team scaling rewards, rank progress

Tip: Pair a carry with Shinks (support) once your solo squad works.

Infinite Mode

Location: Endurance mode

Rewards: Scaling rewards over long runs

Tip: Woo (Shadow) and Superior/Cloner traits excel here per community reports.

Do not spread upgrades across modes — solve wave clears first.
Boss mode becomes the wall once basic waves are manageable.
Economy (Fastwagon) pays for itself in longer wave and infinite runs.
